How recovery is calculated
- Baseline: Most recent pitching outing anchors the cycle.
- Day +1: Recovery Day 1 — no throwing. Walk, mobility, bands, full meals.
- Day +2: Recovery Day 2 — mobility + light cuff + easy catch if soreness ≤ 3.
- Day +3: Light Return — flat-ground 20–25 throws max. No mound.
- Day +4: Normal week resumes if soreness ≤ 3 and sleep ≥ 8 hrs.
- Team events: SportsEngine games and practices auto-merge into each day.
